This application enables Presiding Officers to quickly search for a voter record and mark the individual as having voted in real time. This process strengthens the integrity and transparency of the voting exercise by providing an additional electronic verification layer. Please note that this system serves as a secondary check and does not replace the traditional paper-based verification procedure..

The general procedure is as follows:
1. Search for the voter by his/her First Name OR Surname OR combination of (First Name and Surname) OR by National ID Number
2. Locate the correct record.
3. Mark the record by flagging it as voted
